Most insurances are accepted upon approval. Please reach out to your insurance to their policy regarding acupuncture coverage. We submit claims to insurance companies; however, if your insurance requires a co-payment or deductible, this amount is due at the time of service.
*If a carrier denies payment for services for any reason, the patient is accountable for those charges.
